J1/ Combeau - Bergeries de Tussac.
Meet at Combeau at 9:30 am. Introduction to our fellow travelers. Load distribution and tarping. Climb up to the Vercors high plateaux on a splendid, wild route, where chamois are not uncommon. We reach the Tussac sheepfolds for the bivouac.

D2/ Bergeries de Tussac - Bergeries de Chaumailloux.
There are many possible itineraries on the plateau. We may be lucky enough to spot chamois, ibex and marmots. From Tussac, we head due north towards the Bergeries du Jardin du Roy and Chaumailloux. We choose a superb bivouac site, making the most of the rare springs.
4 h walk.
Night in camp.
D3/ Bergeries de Chaumailloux - Combeau.
Our itinerary takes us to the Tête Chevalière, a superb lookout point over the Oisans and Obiou mountains. Then it's back to civilization via the Col de Greuson and the bucolic Combeau valley. Last cuddles (and sometimes even a few tears) for Cannelle, Moon, Harry...
4 h walk.
It's only goodbye! Separation in Combeau around 5 p.m.
