A bit about me: At Tain L’Hermitage Catering School, I pursued my passion and honed in on my skills, winning several awards on the way. I then furthered my experience in some of the best restaurants in France and abroad.
I am ambitious, passionate and hardworking and with L’ABC Restaurant I have fulfilled my wish to bring back home a simple and authentic cuisine cooked with regional and natural products.
L’ABC menu will change regularly following the seasonality of produce so don’t expect a menu full of dishes but rather an offer that changes frequently. Equally, do not be surprised if you find empty tables in the restaurant, as my number one priority is the satisfaction of my current clients rather than filling the dining room…
