Afghan Walking is a holistic practice combining physical exercise and meditation. At the crossroad of these two practices, it offers a balanced and wholesome experience.

Afghan Walking is a conscious and meditative walk. It is a unique experience, inviting us to synchronise our breath with our steps. It allows to pay special attention to our bodies and to follow our own rhythm, thus revealing the extraordinary in the ordinary.
When we synchronise our steps with our breath, we spend less energy and the free flow of oxygen in the body is deeply soothing and rejuvenating.
This practice, at the crossroad between physical exercise and meditation, is accessible to all and offers a new way of walking, unleashing the power of breath. It is a truly relaxing experience for body and mind.
