The Clairette Interpretive Centre: an entertaining and informative visit unveiling the unique traditions of wine making in the Diois region. From April to September, join the out of the electric scooter excursions around the vineyard (advance booking required).

Free AOC Clairette de Die tradition and Crémant de Die wine tasting

We produce a wide range of Tradition wines some of which are certified organic and vegan.

You will hear audio comments in French and English. The interpretive centre has several room presenting the various professions involved in wine production at the beginning of the last century and some local traditions.
You will learn more about the history of the Carod family along the trail and each scene will be commented.

At the end of your visit you will have a panoramic view of the bottling and labelling belt.

A short video presents the major steps involved in making wine from the grape to the glass and the production of Clairette de Die wine.
