    Demonstration of truffle hunting techniques followed by product tasting and sales at the farm shop. Visitors welcome by appointment only (please phone in advance)

    The Pourcier Farm stretches across 36 ha: 23 ha of heather and shrubland are dedicated to truffles and the remaining 13 ha are for lavender.
    Buy fresh truffles (in season), truffles-flavoured olive oil and walnut oil, truffles-flavoured Camargue sea salt and fine lavender and lavandin essential oil.
