3 stars ground-floor holiday accommodation, entirely renovated with your own terrace and views of the mountains, close to the town centre. Fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a lounge. Bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom and toilets.

We are heading for Die in the Drôme valley where Sylvie and Gérard will warmly welcome you. You will be at the gates of the Vercors Regional Natural Park and less than 500m from the city centre.
The fresh waters of the Drôme river await you for swimming and canoeing and the local pool is nearby. Local markets will delight you with their culinary specialties. Expect perched villages, superb landscapes and the possibilities of endless walks and mountain bike rides that criss-cross the Vercors massif and the valley (Trois Becs, Cirque d'Archiane, Glandasse, Roanne valley, Saoû forest...). The Col de Rousset resort is only 25 minutes away. The gîte is located 2 hours from Lyon, Grenoble and Avignon.

Independent holiday home, recently renovated, at the bottom of the owner’s home with a private terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and mountain views. The entrance into the living room is from the terrace leading to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed (1x140) with TV, wifi access and reversible air conditioner.
Following on is a through-bedroom with a double bed (1x140) and en suite shower room and toilets. The terrace is on the land of the owners but your privacy is respected. The wooded and enclosed land offers a pétanque playing ground and secure parking for cars. Bicycles or motorbikes can be parked in a lockable shed. If you are on foot and arriving by train, the owners can pick you up from the station. Please note this is a non-smoking accommodation.
