In the middle of the Drôme region, Pierre and Margaux set up a small family business to produce and sell Le Pierrot, a quality pastis.
Pierre has always loved working with flavours, and spent several years developing his recipe. As for Margaux, she never thought she'd be running a business one day, but she surprised herself by taking part in this wonderful project.
