Winegrowing estate on a human scale, working in harmony with nature.
3 hectares of clairette and muscat grapes, certified organic and Ecocert.
Natural winemaking, member of vin méthode nature.
Committed to nature and progress.

Born in Nantes, I entered the wine trade in 2005 after graduating in wine making. I worked mainly for winegrowers in the Loire Valley (Domaine de la Foliette, Domaine du Mortier and Domaine Bonnet-Huteau) but also occasionally for cooperative wineries, merchants, wine merchants and the Loire-Atlantique Chamber of Agriculture for a season.

In 2016, I moved to the Pays Nantais and until 2021 worked on granite, mica -shist and amphibolite terroirs with local grape varieties such as Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche and Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon on a 2.7 Ha domain. I divided my time between producing my own wine and working as an employee in the vineyard, an activity that ended in 2021.

In 2022, the Nantes chapter finished and the story continued in the Drôme (26). I set up on a 2 Ha single plot of clay-limestone terroir at the foot of the Vercors cliffs in Die. The limestone scree and alluvial soils blends in beautifully with the region's two emblematic grape: Clairette Blanche and Muscat Petits Grains. The mild Mediterranean climate provides the sought-after ripeness.

Here, I consistently practice ancestral methods combining it, out of loyalty, to local customs.
Wine is the product of a specific soil, grape variety and weather and I’m passionate about produce year after year an honest wine (AB organic certification and ECOCERT) that respects the environment.
If wine is the noblest of beverages, it's time to give it back its letters of nobility by taking care of it. And together, we'll start taking care of everything that binds us together.
