"Go back in times from the Romans to today" Come and discover the history of the wine cellar and its sparkling wines as well as the secrets of the slow maturation of the Clairette de Die. A guided visit followed by a fizzy tasting !!

Please book in advance. Museum trail accessible in 4 languages with an audio-guide. The Jaillance tour guides take you on the tour and a wine tasting session at the end.
Nestled in the basement of the former Jaillance cellars, the MuséObulles invites visitors to enjoy an unusual experience. Visitors follow in the footsteps of the legendary Clairette de Die, tracing its history from Roman times to the present day. The ideal place to discover all the secrets of this ancestral cuvée: its birth
far from a traditional tour, this is a real initiation tour, with a very accessible commentary by a guide from the winery. Lasting around 45 minutes, the tour ends with a tasting session, with or without alcohol: a total immersion in the world of the
Maison Jaillance!
