The information and prices are provided for informational purposes only and are under the sole legal responsibility of the providers. The Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for the services provided by the partners/organizers mentioned on this website, nor for any changes made since the last data entry.

Alliance Réseaux guarantees at all times that the data of users of the Open System marketplaces are managed correctly and securely. The Office de Tourisme du Pays Diois has the status of data controller when a customer makes a reservation on the booking areas we provide, up until the moment the data is transferred to the provider (hosts, tourist site, etc.). At that point, the provider takes over the role of data controller, and the Office de Tourisme du Pays Diois then acts on behalf of the provider, as a subcontractor (as does Alliance Réseaux).
Commitments and Obligations:
Process personal data fairly, lawfully, and transparently;

The company Proximit, which publishes the Avizi software, is our customer relationship management solution provider. It guarantees that user data is managed correctly and securely at all times. The Avizi and Avizer applications are hosted on servers located in France. Data exchanges are encrypted by TLS/SSL certificate, a protocol ensuring the security of data flows between Avizi and its ecosystem. Data is backed up daily to a dedicated secure storage space for 7 days, then externalized and stored on the company's own encrypted infrastructure.
You can access your personal data at any time, and we request your explicit consent by email with each collection.
Your data will be stored for 3 years. If no solicitation or interaction occurs with you during this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized (for statistical purposes). We may also propose that you renew your subscription near the end of this period to continue receiving information from the Office de Tourisme du Pays Diois.

Legal Basis (Base légale): The information we collect is necessary for all members of the Apidae Network to communicate your tourist offers and disseminate them to any interested public or those seeking tourist information. This dissemination is part of a public service mission to enhance the concerned tourist territory and benefits society generally, including economic tourism actors as well as citizens looking for tourist information. For example, your name and contact information may be necessary for the public to contact you, to make a reservation, or to obtain additional information about your tourist offers. Because this information is most often information you make public and/or is information related to an associative, commercial, or professional activity, we consider that its use and dissemination does not infringe upon your rights and freedoms.

Local authorities that are clients of Scic SA Apidae Tourisme (town halls, groups of municipalities, metropolitan areas, departmental councils, and regional councils, etc.).
Associations, groups, and organizations that work to improve the economic performance of VSEs and SMEs in the territories (chambers of agriculture, CCIs, accommodation associations, professional groups, etc.).
Tourism companies that are clients of Scic SA Apidae Tourisme, which promote destinations, develop services, and welcome customers in the territories and their establishments (ski lifts, providers of tourist activities, accommodation providers, etc.).
All users with a user account on the Apidae platform and authorized to view the content of this platform.
Your information will also be communicated to our technical subcontractors, such as our IT service providers who host, repair, and update the Apidae platform servers.
