About
Organic Clairette de Die and vins de Châtillon still wines producers (red, white and rosé) at the foothill of the Vercors mountains.
Zoé Cayol and her father Jérôme cultivate and vinify 14 hectares at Châtillon-en-Diois, respecting the soil (total natural grassing of the rows) and limiting inputs to the winery as much as possible.
From the forgotten variety (feunate) to the hybrid variety (marselan), not forgetting the more traditional varieties (aligoté, chardonnay, syrah, gamay, pinot noir, muscat and clairette blanche), they offer a dozen cuvées for you to discover directly at their winery.
From the estate, enjoy a lovely stroll through the rows of vines to discover the Châtillon-en-Diois vineyards and their cabanons.
